Hint of Vanilla Signature Beauty Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups unsweetened vanilla nut milk

1 cup filtered chilled water

1/2 cup fresh organic spinach

1 frozen banana, chopped

1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

1tablespoon nut or seed butter of choice

1 scoop Hint of Vanilla Beauty Protein

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 teaspoons honey

 

HOW TO: 

Combine liquid and fresh spinach in a high-speed blender.

Blend on high until smooth.

Lower to minimum speed and add remaining ingredients

Start slowly and build to high speed.

Blend until creamy.

Start slowly and build to high speed.

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, starting slowly and building to high; blend until creamy.

1 tablespoon Organic Acacia Fiber

2-3 teaspoons Numi Organic Turmeric Chai Golden Latte Powder

1 cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower

Sprinkle of Stevia Extract or 1 teaspoon honey

 

HOW TO:

Blend above ingredients, starting on slow and building to high.
