Jessie DeLowe's Collagen-Boosting Smoothie
How You Glow founder, yoga teacher, and all around super mama Jessie DeLowe shares her healthy collagen-boosting plant-based morning smoothie to help her glow from the inside out.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups hemp or oat milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 heaping scoop Beauty Protein
1/2 an avocado
1 cup chopped spinach
HOW TO:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
