This apple pie-inspired smoothie is becoming our all-time fall favorite. Boost collagen with this satiating smoothie filled with healthy proteins, fiber and fat.
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt or plain, full fat organic yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
splash of maple syrup, to taste
Large handful of ice
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, except ice.
Blend on high until smooth.
Add ice, keep blending until creamy.
